 I am excited to see you Saturday morning at 8 at the Marina. I will hand out bags and gloves. Sling Shaw and family have donated 12 adult trash grabbers and 6 child-sized grabbers. They are available until they are gone. Thanks for the generous donation. Please make sure you return them to the Marina at 11 so we will have them next year!!

Below you will find a map showing where you are "working". If you are with folks you don't know, you will get a chance for introductions at the Marina before you get started. (That is part of the reason this is such a great community event! Meet your neighbors.)

At 11:00, return to the Marina to collect your White Lake Friends, Inc. T-shirt. We hope you like them! Our gift to you! 

If you would like to make a last-minute bid on one of the three Silent Auction items, this is your chance. Soon after 11:00, those items will be awarded to the highest bidder. If you have not checked those out yet, HERE they are. 

Later on Saturday, the White Lake Friends, Inc., in collaboration with the newly formed White Lake Recreation Advisory Board, will host a Scavenger Hunt down White Lake Drive. This is part of a state-wide celebration - The Great Trails State Day!! Come by Town Hall beginning at 3 PM to pick up booklets and stroll down the sidewalk to ten stations. Learn a little, draw a little, and enjoy a beautiful fall day at White Lake. The Hunt will be available from 3:00 to 5:00. 

Thanks for volunteering. It speaks volumes to me that you care for White Lake like I do. It is one way we can help preserve our beautiful natural resource.
